Yeshua, spelled in Hebrew was a comman name among jews of the second temple period, and is believed by some scholars and religious group to be the Hebrew or Aramaic name for jesus. He was just like substitute to mankind for a perfect sacrifice.he was just like a protector.
Yeshua, spelled יֵשׁוּעַ (Yēšûă‘) or ישוע in Hebrew was a common name among Jews of the Second Temple Period, and is believed by some scholars and religious groups to be the Hebrew or Aramaic name for Jesus. In modern Hebrew, Yeshu (ישו) and Yeshua (ישוע) are in fact the common transcriptions for Jesus. But the claim that this pronunciation and Hebrew spelling accurately represent the original and historic name of the person known as Jesus remains the subject of ongoing religious and scholarly debate.
